Maryge Olaves, APRN: the hands behind MOSS
Maryge is an APRN (Family Nurse Practitioner Certified) with a Board Certification from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine in Aesthetics and 8 years devoted to aesthetics. She is a master injector, PMU artist and creator of the Envy Brows technique. Every MOSS protocol carries her judgment and her signature: she designs and supervises every service, performs some personally, and entrusts others to her team, trained by her in the house technique.
Background
A Nurse Practitioner devoted to aesthetics
Maryge Olaves is Venezuelan and a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida: an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with a master's degree, certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She says it with pride and in those words. She is not a physician and does not present herself as one, and that clinical training is the foundation of everything done at MOSS.
She has devoted 8 years to aesthetics. She is a Master in Micropigmentation and the creator of Envy Brows (3D Microblading, Extreme Natural Look), the signature brow technique of the house. She is also a master injector: she applies botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and collagen biostimulators. Today she practices under a Florida APRN license and holds a Board Certification in Aesthetics from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine.
Her nursing training gives her a deep knowledge of facial anatomy. That shapes the way she works: precise, with natural-looking results and a technique designed to keep discomfort as low as possible. She explains each treatment by its real names, muscle by muscle when needed, because she believes that educating the person in her chair is part of the care too.
Her clients call her Mary. MOSS carries her name because she is the face and the voice of the studio, but she does not work alone: behind her is a team of specialists she trains herself, and each one has her place in what we do.

Who does what
What Maryge performs and what her team does
Maryge designs and supervises every service at MOSS. She performs some of them personally and entrusts others to specialists she trains in the house technique. This is how the work is divided.
Performed by Maryge personally
Injectables and NAD+ therapy are applied or administered by her:
For botulinum toxin, MOSS carries five brands and Maryge applies all of them. She defines the brand, the area and the amount at your evaluation, based on your case.
Designed and supervised by her, performed by her team
The rest of the menu is performed by specialists on the team, each in her own area:
- PMU artists
- They perform eyebrow microblading with the Envy Brows technique, its touch-ups and lip micropigmentation. Maryge personally trains each one in the house technique.
- Skin specialists
- They perform facials, Dermapen microneedling, chemical peels and fractional radiofrequency, adapting the protocol to each skin.
- Laser specialist
- She performs the laser hair removal sessions, which start with a free laser consultation.
When you book, we assign the specialist available for your date.
Renewing your beauty
The MOSS philosophy is natural enhancement: looking rested and like yourself, never "overdone". That starts with an honest evaluation (if a treatment isn't right for you, Maryge tells you) and continues with conservative technique, close follow-up and clear expectations. Results vary from person to person, and talking about that openly is part of the care too.
Medical supervision and safety
First the evaluation, then the treatment
At a medical spa, safety starts before the first application. This is what you can expect at MOSS.
Every injectable starts with an evaluation
Botulinum toxin and fillers require an evaluation before application, which can take place at the same appointment. For collagen biostimulators, PRP and lipolytic enzymes the evaluation consultation is required and comes before the procedure is booked.
A Nurse Practitioner evaluates you
The evaluation for injectables is done by Maryge Olaves, APRN. She defines the area, the product and the amount. Nobody recommends them to you over chat or from a photo. For botulinum toxin and fillers there is also a virtual evaluation with her.
Health, medication, pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take any medication or have a health condition, the professional reviews that individually at your evaluation. We do not give a yes or a no by message, and this page does not replace that consultation either.
If it is not right for you, we tell you
Maryge speaks plainly: if a treatment is not right for you, she tells you and explains why. And if what you are looking for falls outside her scope of practice, she refers you to a surgeon.
Rest between applications
A minimum rest of 4 months is left between one botulinum toxin application and the next. At your appointment Maryge guides you on the right timing for you.
IV therapy with a prior evaluation
Everyone goes through an evaluation before an IV. IV therapy does not replace medical treatment.
Results vary from person to person. Nothing you read here is medical advice: the next step is always your evaluation.
