Small areas take a 15-minute slot; medium ones, 20 to 30; full legs, 40 to 60; and full body, 90 to 120.
The team gives you the preparation and aftercare instructions when you book and at the end of the session. If you would rather have the area prepared at the spa, shaving is offered as an add-on, from $10 depending on the size of the area.
Ideally you come back once a month, though it can vary by area. A $50 deposit is required to hold appointments over $100, and it goes toward your service. You can move or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice; inside that window the deposit is non-refundable.
