How much does one unit of Botox® cost at MOSS Medical Spa?

It costs $9.99 per unit. That is the current price of botulinum toxin at MOSS Medical Spa in Doral, FL, and it is the only exact price we publish: the rest of the menu is quoted as a starting point, because it depends on the evaluation.

The price is per unit applied. It does not change with the area of the face and it does not turn into a per-session package.

Why is it priced per unit and not per area or per session?

Because every person needs a different amount. Two people with the same concern may need very different amounts, so a flat price per area would charge the same to someone who needs less.

Pricing per unit also prevents more units being used than needed just to reach a round number. It is the house rule: you don't pay for product you don't need.

How many units will I need?

That is set at the evaluation, not by a chart. We don't publish units per area because the amount depends on each case, and a general range would not tell you what you will pay.

At the evaluation, Maryge reviews with you which areas make sense to treat and defines the unit plan. With that number the math is simple: units times $9.99. You leave with the estimate before deciding anything.

Neither this site nor our WhatsApp assistants estimate units by chat or from photos: that part always belongs to the practitioner.

What is the evaluation and how much does it cost?

The evaluation is a free consultation of about 15 minutes with Maryge Olaves, APRN. It determines whether the treatment is right for you, which areas make sense to treat and how many units would be needed.

If you decide to go ahead after the evaluation, it can be done the same day, subject to availability. And if the answer is that this treatment is not the right one for you, we tell you that too.

If you have a health condition, take any medication, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, mention it at the evaluation: the practitioner assesses each case, never a chat.

Which botulinum toxin brands does MOSS work with?

Five: Botox®, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify and Letybo. All of them are applied by Maryge Olaves, APRN and master injector.

Which one is used in your case is decided by the practitioner at the evaluation, on clinical grounds. We don't recommend a brand on this site or by chat, and the brand is not picked by price.

How often can it be applied?

It is best to allow at least 4 months between one application and the next. At MOSS we do not rebook sooner than that without an evaluation first.

How long the effect lasts varies with each person and their lifestyle. A follow-up appointment is booked after the application, and that is where the practitioner tells you what to expect in your case.

Is there a deposit, and can I finance it?

Yes to both. A $50 deposit is required to hold appointments over $100, and it goes toward your service. You can move or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice; inside that window the deposit is non-refundable.

We work with CareCredit, Cherry, Afterpay and Affirm if you'd rather pay in installments. Approval and terms are set by each provider, not by MOSS.
