How do I book an appointment in Spanish or English?

Every appointment starts with a free evaluation: your case is reviewed and the plan is defined before anything is done. For botulinum toxin and fillers the evaluation can also be virtual; for the other treatments it is at the spa.
A $50 deposit is required to hold appointments over $100, and it goes toward your service. You can move or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice; inside that window the deposit is non-refundable.

Where is MOSS Medical Spa, and where do I park?
At 8180 NW 36th St, Suite 215, Doral, FL 33166, right on NW 36th St. Suite 215 is on the second floor, reached by elevator. It is our only location: every appointment happens here.
Parking is free and in the same building. Access is adapted for people with disabilities and there is WiFi inside.

What are the hours?
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Visits are by appointment.

How do I pay, and what financing is there?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Zelle and Apple Cash. Paying by card carries a 2.75% surcharge.
If you would rather pay in installments, we work with CareCredit, Cherry, Afterpay and Affirm. Afterpay carries a 6.5% surcharge. Approval and terms depend on each lender; the team can guide you through the application during your visit or on WhatsApp.
